“I’m not taking it,” he said when told he was man of the match. It’s his (Milner’s) 500th game.

EDEX 2018 1st International Defense & Security Industry Exhibition
(3-5 December 2018)
Under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi,
the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt & the Supreme Commander of the Egyptian Armed Forces,
Egypt host a major international defense exhibition in 2018,
under the name of Egypt Defense Expo (EDEX),
bringing together key defense & security players
from the region & across the world.
The event will take place on 3-5 December 2018
at the new Egypt International Exhibition Center in New Cairo.
The exhibition groups 373 international companies
representing 41 countries in addition to the participation of 57 official delegations
comprising defense & military production ministers along with chiefs of staff.
The event draws more than 10,000 visitors of top brass & those interested in armament and military industries.
EDEX-2018 will be a biannual exhibition,
And its second edition will be held in 2020.
The exhibition sends a message to the world
that Egypt enjoys stability & security despite terrorism,
And that Egypt is capable of organizing international conferences in all fields.
All military industries that are manufactured by the Ministry of Military Production & the Arab Organization for Industrialization will be displayed at "EDEX-2018".

خلال المدة من 3 - 5 ديسمبر 2018

ستضيف مصر حدثا دوليا لأول مرة ،
معرض «إيديكس 2018» للصناعات الدفاعية والعسكرية،
بمركز مصر للمؤتمرات والمعارض الدولية بمشاركة كبار العارضين والشركات العالمية
فى مجال التسليح والصناعات الدفاعية والأمنية على الصعيدين الإقليمى والدولى .
المعرض وهو أكبر معرض في مجال التسليح بالشرق الأوسط،
تشارك به 41 دولة كبرى، 373 شركة عالمية، 56 وفدا رسميا
تمثيله لا يقل عن وزير دفاع أو رئيس أركان .
كما يمكن للجمهور حضور المعرض، إضافة للطلاب والشباب
للتعرف عن قرب عما تقوم به مصر في هذا المجال،
من أجل إتاحة الفرصة للجيل الجديد للتعرف عن قرب
على مفهوم الصناعات الدفاعية وأهميتها .
فرصة مميزة لعرض تجربة مصر في حربها على الإرهاب ..
المعرض والذي سيتم تنظيمه كل عامين،
أعرب جميع المشاركين به عن رغبتهم فى رصد أبعاد التجربة المصرية،
بعد تعافيها ونجاحها فى حربها على الارهاب،
والذى تم القضاء على 90% منه، ولا يفوتنا أن المعرض هو رسالة مهمة للعالم
بأن مصر آمنة ومستقرة قادرة على تحقيق الإنجازات دائما،
وللمعرض رسالة أخرى هى تنشيط السياحة،
التى تخدم قطاعا واسعا من المصريين،
كما يعد المعرض نقطة انطلاق فى مجال التصنيع الحربى المصري.
كما تم تخصيص جناحا للأمن ومكافحة الإرهاب بالمعرض
لعرض أحدث المعدات، والحلول التقنية التي تدعم التسليح ضد هذه الظاهرة التي تحيط دول العالم،
ومن أبرز المعروضات داخل هذا الجناح عدد من أجهزة الرادار التى تكشف حجم طبقات الأرض،
البلدوزارات المدرعة ضد عيون المركبات، وأحد التقنيات المستخدمة للإطلاع على كيفية التعامل مع الإرهاب، فضلا عن أجهزة اكتشاف الألغام.
الجهات المصرية المشاركة ..
تشارك مصر بالعديد من منتجات الصناعات الدفاعية من مختلف مصانعها الحربية، حيث تشارك الهيئة القومية للإنتاج الحربي،
الهيئة العربية للتصنيع، جهاز الصناعات الحربية،
والورش الإنتاجية داخل الوحدات المختلفة التابعة لوزارة الدفاع،
والشركة العالمية للبصريات، وجهاز الصناعات البحرية،
وإدارات القوات المسلحة ممثلة في إدارة التسليح،
وعدد من الشركات الخاصة المرخصة العاملة في مجال التسليح والذخائر .
ولأول مرة سيكون هناك منتجات مصرية حديثة،
أستطاعت مراكز البحوث تنفيذها تحت إشراف هيئة بحوث القوات المسلحة،
وإرسالها للمصانع الحربية، ومثال على ذلك المدرعة "التمساح".

se déroulera au Palais des congrès du Nouveau Caire,
sous le parrainage du Président Abdel Fattah Al-Sissi,
organisé par le ministère de la Défense & de la Production militaire.
Cette exposition est une occasion d'échanger des expériences
entre les divers employés des principaux organismes internationaux & locaux
dans le domaine de l'armement, de défense & des industries militaires afin de discuter profondément des derniers développements technologiques & industriels dans la région du Moyen-Orient.
Participeront à ce salon plus de 316 grandes sociétés égyptiennes & internationales
de plus de 41 pays dans le secteur de la défense,
des fabricants & des exportateurs internationaux des équipements les plus sophistiqués,
de technologies & de systèmes de sécurité et de défense.
Le Salon comprend également des pavillons internationaux de 21 pays du monde entier & doit attirer plus de 10 000 visiteurs
dont de hauts responsables militaires & des représentants industriels.
Il s’agit d’une grande plateforme qui va rassembler les représentants de plusieurs organisations spécialisées
en matière d’armement & d’industries de défense de plusieurs pays du monde.
